Size and Colour
All sizes quoted on this web site are intended to be used as a guideline only. Sizes may vary depending on the brand and manufacturer. Colour accuracy of the items on display cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer.
Payment
We accept most of the leading credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and as well as the most popular debit cards such as Switch, Maestro, Delta, Electron and Solo. All payments are made in GB Pounds Sterling, though you may opt to pay in US Dollars if you pay by Visa, Mastercard or Delta. Your card will be charged when the order is dispatched. If you pay via the web site then your transaction will be handled by Paypal who are market leaders in the provision of online payment and who provide the highest level of security available. Slaptap Limited will also accept cheques or postal order for those who do not have access to a credit or debit cards. Sorry but these payments methods may slightly delay your order as we have to wait for cheques to clear and in the case of postal money orders we need to await the arrival of the monies in the post before dispatching.
Cheques should be made payable to 'Slaptap Limited' and sent to our address : Common Cottage, 105 Old Hills, Callow End, Worcs WR2 4TQ., please order by filling in the order form that can be printed from the web site after placing your order. All prices on the site include VAT but do not include delivery costs. VAT is charged at the local rate on each item. Customers may be able to recover VAT incurred by contacting Eurocash Corporation plc +44 (0)1273 325000, eurocash@eurocashvat.com. Eurocash are specialists in recovering cross-border VAT. Delivery charges will be shown prior to your payment being requested.
UK Delivery
We aim to offer a fast and efficient delivery service. All orders made on the website will be dispatched within 24 hours (other than Saturday afternoons, Sundays and UK Public Holidays), and should be delivered in 1-3 working days. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. All cheques and postal orders are cashed on the day of receipt, and take 3 - 5 working days to arrive in our bank. Orders will not be dispatched until after these have cleared. This means usual delivery is about 5-8 days from ordering. All orders will be sent by 1st class postal service unless otherwise instructed. If an item you have ordered is out of stock then you will be informed as soon as possible. Deliveries within are charged depending on weight . Delivery costs apply to the whole order, not individual items. If you are concerned by a late delivery or have any other delivery queries then please email info@slaptap.com.
NOTE. If an item ordered has not arrived within the timescale above the customer must contact the shop within 7 days in the UK and 14 days within Europe and the rest of the world as we cannot be responsible for undelivered items after this time.
